James qualified from St Georges Hospital London in 2011 having worked as a Sports Massage Therapist and coaching youth football for Wycombe Wanderers FC prior to training as a physio.
Since 2013 James has worked full time in the NHS in London teaching hospitals and since 2017 he has been at the World renowned Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital in Stanmore gaining a wealth of experience alongside internationally respected consultants and physiotherapists in MSK Services, Hydrotherapy, Chronic Pain and Orthopaedic Surgery. Alongside this James has worked in private practice both at Stanmore and more locally, treating a wide range of conditions and helping patients to recover and thrive.
James has combined his extensive experience in Orthopaedic and Musculoskeletal Healthcare and his passion for sport with an empathetic and holistic approach to patient care. He has an interest in Acupuncture for Sports Injuries and Pain relief and is a strong advocate for his patients on their journey to full recovery.
In his spare time James can be found playing football for his local team, going to the gym, hiking and cooking up a storm in the kitchen.
