Ergonomic Assessment

This is a detailed analysis of your working position to help prevent musculoskeletal pain as a result of working postures. Chartered Physiotherapists are ideally placed to carry out Ergonomic Assessments as they have the required understanding of the biomechanical function of the body and the effect that different postures will have upon it.

Having the correct ergonomic set up within the workplace will help reduce sick leave and improve staff morale and well being. As working from home becomes more common it is vital that the home work station set up is safe and is not going to lead to back, neck or upper limb pain or discomfort. Often the solution can be created simply and economically with the right advice and adjustments.

Ergonomic Assessment costs £75 for an in home assessment.
