Falls Prevention / Exercise Class
We run weekly classes for older patients based on seating and standing exercises aimed at strengthening the major muscle groups, improving mobility and balance to reduce the risk of falling, and promote activity.
Our Falls Prevention Course is an 8 week course comprising of an individual assessment followed by 1 hour weekly sessions with guided exercises, advice, and handouts. Perfect for getting confidence back following a fall or if you feel mobility has become an issue.
