- Soft Tissue Techniques: These are techniques which include Deep Tissue Massage, Soft Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, Deep Transverse Frictions, Passive Stretching of Contractile Tissues and Trigger Point Release.
These techniques help to assist healing by improving circulation, breaking down adhesions to restore mobility, reducing muscle spasm to restoring normal movement and relieving tension.
